「美國大選後中國大陸投資新風向——兼論台商在陸投資權益保護」研討會圓滿成功

We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the seminar, "The New Direction of Investments in Mainland China Post-U.S. Election: A Discussion on the Protection of Taiwanese Investors' Rights in China,” on December 5th, 2024. This event, hold by OPES LAW and Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C., brought together experts to examine pivotal topics shaping cross-strait investments and global market dynamics. The opening featured remarks of encouragement from Deputy Counselor Mr. Li of the Department of Investment Promotion, MOEA.Dr. Yin from Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies provided insights into the challenging U.S.-China economic relationship post-election and its implications for Taiwanese businesses. He underscored the limited scope for significant improvement in relations and highlighted economic pressures shaping U.S. policies.

 

Mr. Chen, Director at HUA NAN JIN ENTREPRENEURSHIP INVESTMENT, examined the competition in semiconductors and AI, emphasizing Taiwan’s critical role in global supply chains. He discussed Taiwan’s strategy to position itself as an “AI Island” amid U.S. efforts to restructure supply chains and reduce dependencies.

 

Mr. Lai, the CEO of the Prospect Foundation, analyzed U.S. tariff policies and their political drivers. He highlighted the importance of proactive measures for businesses to mitigate risks arising from regulatory shifts.


In-depth discussions by Attorney JingFing Chen reviewed investment disputes and risk management strategies, emphasizing the political risks associated with the "Anti-Taiwan Independence 22 Articles." She provided practical advice regarding investments in Mainland China.

Attorney Kunchou Tsai discussed innovations in business dispute resolution, including arbitration and online methods powered by blockchain and AI. His recommendations focused on improving efficiency and managing legal risks effectively.

Patent Attorney Hunter Yen explored the evolving legal framework in Mainland China, focusing on AI and trade secret laws. His presentation emphasized the importance of compliance with new regulations and provided actionable steps for Taiwanese businesses to safeguard their IP in this competitive environment.

我們很高興宣布,由OPES LAW和經濟部於2024年12月5日共同舉辦的「美國大選後中國大陸投資新風向——兼論台商在陸投資權益保護」研討會圓滿落幕。

 

本次活動匯集各領域專家,共同探討影響兩岸投資與全球市場動態的關鍵議題,並由經濟部投資促進司李魁德副參事發表開場致詞。

 

來自哈佛大學費正清中國研究中心的尹博士深入剖析美中經濟關係於大選後面臨的挑戰,以及對台灣企業的影響。他強調,美中關係顯著改善的可能性有限,並指出美國經濟壓力對政策形成的影響趨勢。

 

華南金創業投資公司的陳子昂董事提供半導體與AI領域的競爭分析,強調台灣在全球供應鏈中的關鍵角色。他討論到台灣在美國重組供應鏈、降低依賴的背景下,將自身定位為「人工智慧島」的策略。

 

遠景基金會賴怡忠執行長則就美中貿易政策及其政治驅動因素進行深入解析。他指出,企業需積極採取措施,減少因政策調整產生的風險。

 

陳靜芳律師針對台商在中國大陸的投資糾紛與風險管理策略進行詳盡探討,特別聚焦關於「懲治台獨22條」的政治風險,並提供關於在中國大陸投資的實務建議,幫助台商降低潛在風險。

 

蔡昆洲律師介紹中國大陸商業爭端解決的創新方式,包括仲裁及區塊鏈與AI驅動的潛在解決方法,並針對爭議解決與預防提供了實用建議,最後呼籲企業注重法律風險的防範與應對。

 

顏均宇專利師分享中國大陸在AI與營業秘密法律框架方面的最新發展,強調新法規的特色及遵循的重要性,同時供台灣企業在中國大陸保護營業秘密的實務策略,協助企業在競爭激烈的環境中保護其智慧財產。

 

此次研討會為與會者提供寶貴的洞見,協助他們應對複雜的地緣政治與經濟條件,並掌握在中國大陸投資的機遇與挑戰。
