「台商投資安全的法律視角——兩岸變局下的挑戰」研討會/Seminar on “Investment Strategies and New Legal Trends Amid Cross-Strait Changes”

為協助臺商因應美國新關稅政策，以及中國大陸政策與法規持續變動，由經濟部投資促進司主辦、明富國際法律事務所協辦於2025年11月14日下午在集思台大會議中心召開「台商投資安全的法律視角——兩岸變局下的挑戰」研討會。本所陳靜芳律師及高士偉律師分別就台商在陸投資糾紛行政協處機制，與台商如何因應中國大陸法制新規與國際關稅下的投資與營運進行研討，吸引眾多臺商與相關人士參與。

To assist Taiwanese businesses in navigating new U.S. tariff policies and the ongoing regulatory shifts in Mainland China, the seminar 'Legal Perspectives on Investment Security for Taiwanese-invested enterprises in Mainland China—Challenges Amidst Cross-Strait Changes' was held on the afternoon of November 14 at the GIS NTU Convention Center. The event was hosted by the Department of Investment Promotion of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and co-organized by OPES Law Firm.

During the seminar, OPES Law Firm’s attorneys, Jing-fang Chen and Laurence Kao, shared their insights on the administrative coordination and dispute resolution mechanisms for investments in Mainland China, as well as strategies for Taiwanese-invested enterprises in Mainland China to adapt their investment and operations to new Chinese legal frameworks and international tariffs. The event successfully attracted a large number of Taiwanese-invested enterprises in Mainland China people and industry professionals.
