陳靜芳律師受邀擔任 TAAS 踏實數位「金融機構數位資產實務轉型」系列講座講者

本所主持律師陳靜芳律師受邀擔任 TAAS 踏實數位「金融機構數位資產實務轉型」年度系列講座之專題講者，分享隨著 VASP 專法上路在即，台灣金融機構在發展合格託管與數位資產交換業務時，所面臨之制度設計與風險管理課題。

陳靜芳律師除就加密資產業務之保險承保範圍、保額與除外責任是否足以保障客戶資產，以及資產分離保管之落地挑戰等議題進行分析外，亦透過 Bybit 於 2025 年發生之約十五億美元失竊事件、FTX 客戶資產不當挪用事件及數位資產保險承保限制等國際案例，檢視現行數位資產託管架構可能存在之制度缺口，並探討金融機構應如何建立相應之風險防範機制。

Our Partner, Jingfang Chen, was invited as a featured speaker for TAAS Digital’s annual lecture series, “Digital Asset Practice Transformation for Financial Institutions.”

In her presentation, Ms. Chen discussed the institutional design and risk management issues involved in qualified custody and digital asset exchange services. Her remarks focused on the challenges Taiwanese financial institutions may face under the forthcoming VASP special legislation.

Ms. Chen discussed the scope of insurance coverage for crypto-asset businesses, whether such coverage would be sufficient to protect client assets in light of policy limits and exclusions, and the practical challenges of implementing segregated custody arrangements.Drawing on cases such as the approximately USD 1.5 billion Bybit theft in 2025, the FTX client asset misappropriation, and limitations in digital asset insurance underwriting, she examined potential gaps in the current custody framework and explored how financial institutions may build effective risk prevention mechanisms.
