陳靜芳律師受邀於 CAITA 專題演講--深入剖析 RWA 浪潮下的監理趨勢與市場契機 / Attorney JingFang Chen Invited to Deliver Keynote Address at CAITA Conference

本所主持律師陳靜芳律師於2025年12月18日受邀出席｢中華金融科技產業促進會（FIDA）」主辦之專題講座，發表「RWA 浪潮－剖析監理與市場概況」演講，與現場產業先進深入分享實體資產代幣化（Real World Assets, RWA）於全球的最新發展趨勢、監管框架與台灣未來可能的政策方向。

除了分享國際主要 RWA 平台的運作模式與合規設計外，亦在監理面向上系統性比較了歐盟、美國、日本、新加坡及香港的架構，解析 MiCA、穩定幣法案、證券型/非證券型 RWA 分類監理等關鍵制度，並說明「資產屬性導向」應為目前監理主流，並提出本土金融產品創新及金融監管明確化、司法解釋一致性將是 RWA 市場能否規模化發展的關鍵因素。

On December 18, 2025, Ms. Chen Jingfang, the principal attorney of our firm, was invited to attend a seminar hosted by the Financial Technology Industry Promotion Association (FIDA) of China, where she delivered a speech entitled "RWA Wave - Analysis of Supervision and Market Overview." She shared with industry leaders the latest global development trends, regulatory frameworks, and potential policy directions for Real World Assets (RWA) in Taiwan.

In addition to sharing the operational models and compliance designs of major international RWA platforms, she systematically compared the structures of the EU, the US, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong in terms of supervision, analyzing key systems such as MiCA, stablecoin legislation, and the classification of security/non-security RWA supervision. She explained that "asset attribute orientation" should be the current mainstream of supervision and proposed that local financial product innovation, clear financial supervision, and consistent judicial interpretation will be key factors for the large-scale development of the RWA market.
