本所顏均宇專利師、王映雯律師及葉子源律師於6/27(五)前往台灣中油(CPC)，擔任內部教育訓練講師，課程主題圍繞營業秘密保護實務，內容涵蓋營業秘密與合理保密措施、雇傭關係中的智財歸屬、競業禁止條款、美國商業祕密制度，以及NDA與禁止挖角條款的應用。

透過深入淺出的講解與實務案例分享，講師們為中油同仁提供實用的智財知識，期待進一步強化企業智財保護意識。

On June 27, our colleagues, Hunter Yen, Claire Wang and Willie Yeh were invited to CPC Corporation to deliver an internal training session focused on the practical aspects of trade secret protection. Topics included trade secrets and reasonable confidentiality measures, IP ownership in employment relationships, non-compete clauses, the U.S. trade secret protection system, as well as the application of NDAs and Non-Solicitation clauses.

Through clear explanations and case sharing, our speakers provided CPC team members with practical and actionable IP knowledge, aiming to strengthen both awareness and capabilities in corporate IP protection.
