明富受邀參與2025 世界投資者週聯合論壇 / OPES IP and Law at WIW in Taiwan

明富國際法律事務所主持律師 陳靜芳在2025年10月8日受IOSCO 國際證券管理機構組織與CFA Institute邀請，於World Investor Week in Taiwan世界投資者週聯合論壇發表《RWA 實體資產上鏈之路：法律與市場的雙重透視》主題演講，以國際主要市場法律規範及市場脈動分析資產上鏈的可行性、挑戰與未來趨勢。

陳靜芳律師以房地產、債券、私人信貸（private credit）等現實資產代幣化為例，說明在全球監理規範尚未完全明確的情況下，如何透過既有法律架構進行風險辨識與結構設計，協助客戶於實務操作中平衡創新與風險的做法。

Our lead attorney, Chen Jingfang, was invited by IOSCO (International Organization of Securities Commissions) and the CFA Institute to deliver a keynote speech entitled "RWA: The Path to Blockchain for Real-World Assets - A Dual Perspective from Law and the Market" at the World Investor Week in Taiwan Joint Forum in October 8th, 2025. Her speech analyzed the feasibility, challenges, and future trends of asset tokenization using international legal regulations and market dynamics.

Using the tokenization of real-world assets such as real estate, bonds, and private credit as examples, Attorney Chen explained how, in the absence of fully defined global regulatory frameworks, existing legal structures can be used for risk identification and structural design to help clients balance innovation and risk in practical operations.
