2025年7月28日，受中華民國專利師公會邀請，我們與 Devlin Law Firm LLC 合作舉辦的《Overview of US Patent Litigation and Pharma Litigation》演講圓滿落幕！本次活動採線上與線下同步進行，並以座談形式進行交流，美國律師團隊以實務視角出發，帶來一場深具洞見的專業分享。

On July 28, 2025, at the invitation of the Taiwan Patent Attorneys Association, we hosted the Overview of US Patent Litigation and Pharma Litigation speech in collaboration with Devlin Law Firm LLC. The event was held in both online and in-person formats, featuring a panel-style discussion that encouraged open exchange between professionals.
Our speakers, Laurence Kao (OPES IP), Timothy Devlin, and Michael Siem (Devlin Law Firm LLC) shared their extensive experience in U.S. patent and pharmaceutical litigation. Their presentations offered a practical overview of U.S. litigation procedures, a focused discussion on ANDA-related cases, and strategic insights drawn from real-world case examples.
